Returns/Exchanges

Merchandise can be returned within seven (7) business days of delivery, and must be returned in the original packaging. Customers may exchange items or take a store credit, which can be used online or at one of the stores. Refunds will be issued for damaged or defective items ONLY. Refunds consist of the sales price less shipping, and will be processed upon receipt of the return. All return shipments will be insured for full value.
