The tradition of the norcineria has made the cutting board an essential instrument of the Italian kitchen. Our large scale boards are hand-crafted by a master carpenter using salvaged architectural elements of old estates, farms and churches.

Each of our bold, rustic boards feature one rusticated side made from antique wood and one smoother side for cutting and chopping.
