This customized salami knife is equipped with a stainless steel rivet and a half-silk blade with heat treatment.
The stainless steel X46Cr13 is a very high quality steel. The rockwell hardness is between 54 and 56 HCR, its micro toothing is done manually.
Our salami knife has an acrylic handle.
