This versatile bowl was fashioned after an Italian “scodelle,” traditionally used for serving soup, pasta or (more recently) salad. It is often set on top of the dinner plate. Each piece is individually made by hand, with a ceramic body and the iconic pewter rim that’s stamped with hallmarks representing the workshop, the company, the tin content of the alloy and the city in Italy where Match is made.

Care: To ensure the longevity of these beautiful plates, we recommend washing by hand or in the dishwasher on the lowest temperature for washing and drying, and letting it cool before removing. Please do not pre-soak.

Unlike silver, pewter tarnishes very slowly and requires almost no maintenance. Should you choose to clean your pewter, hand wash in warm water with a liquid dish soap.
